Description

San Diego based Construction Company with operations throughout Southern California currently has openings for Full Time BUSINESS ANALYST, in its Corona, California Division.

 

JOB DUTIES:

The duties for this position will include and not limited to performing physical labor for

    • Invoicing for various field construction projects
      • AMI , Drip, Pipeline construction Unit billing
        • Enters all billing into Sempra system- SAP when needed
          • Scans invoices to Q drive.
          • Attaches invoices to SES created in SAP.
    • Correspondence with all AMO client stakeholders
    • Package Rejections Matches invoices to dailies (Work on any discrepancies- job number, date, add material on daily, call Foreman/ Superintendent)
    • Issues new Job numbers
    • Completed Jobs into Master list
    • Account Reconciliations
    • Must be comfortable in group meetings and with presenting numerical information to management.
    • Produce Job Cost Reports
    • Maintain customer records and files.
    • Provide excel spreadsheets for business reports
    • Answer business calls
    • Provide administrative information to clients
    • Proficient in computer software and office technology
    • Able to support office teams

SPECIAL SKILLS OR REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified candidates must possess the following special skills and or requirements to be considered for this position.

  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
  • Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
  • Prior construction experience is a plus.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
